I have a lot of them, but my main ones are 1.-Little Debbie Cakes (ALL OF THEM!) 3.- Seeing my hubby and kids snacking 3. No support (i.e no friends close by who are trying to losing weight and will hold me accountable)

I use to give into my cravings. Especially on those days when my days where horrible! I would eat a big piece of cake, with 2 scoops of ice cream, maybe a candy bar and a huge dinner. Then I would get pissed at myself because I know the scale would betray me the next day. I finally got tired of the up and down of the scale…

I started my LC (725 per day) on 31 Oct. So far I've lost 9.8 lbs in 6 days, hope to keep it up. My goal is to get to 140. I know it'll take at least a year to get it off and then its up to me to maintain AND I WILL! Good Luck.
