I was just wondering the exact same thing. My goal is 32g of sugar per day. Today I have had a pink lady apple and a medium banana which alone is 28g's. I'm not to worried, as you mentioned, surely these natural sugars are ok in moderation. It would just be easier to track how much "artificial sugar" I was consuming.
