I only test once a day, first thing in the morning. I have only got under 100 twice :( I talked to my Dr and she said, that it was fine, but as I want perfection (I'm like that) to try a late snack or exercise. I know when its high without testing by the way my head feels..

I think maybe the MFP forums are a little different, in regards to a lot of people have insecurities (weight, looks), and sometimes they reflect their negativity at other posters. Eat like a diabetic, snack every few hours. Quaker 25% less sugar, adkins snack bars, babybell cheeses - all things I use to snack on the go.

I don't worry about my protein, but then again, I'm struggling to eat up to my calories every day (never hungry) I was always told make sure you was your hands well before you stab your fingers because of the protein that can be on your fingers, which would give a false reading (Mums a nurse)

Well actually... it was usually a bar after work :p or a greek diner in Maspeth, Queens. I was NYC*EMS back before it was all FDNY, we went thru the academy, an hour of PT / calisthenics before classes every day. All good training for 10 flights of stairs, no elavator working and 500 pound patients..

Have the Dr check your levels, B and D specifically Low D can account for extreme tiredness, and thinking you get enough sun, doesn't cut it, I am outside in short sleeved T shirts all day, and mine was really low.
