are you talking weight resistant bands? I'v never done resistant bands but i been looking it up it doesnt seem to be much of a difference if it has the resistance all a weight is doing is giving you resistance......

to answer your question no not all people or men are that shallow. Most go for looks but it ends up biting them in the *kitten* later. 60% of my friends went for looks and want what 40% of my friends have.....love, compassion,a serious relationship.

I went for whats on the inside in my wife. She was smart talented, ambitiouse(spelling?), we clicked instantly, we would talk for hours over the phone like kids and still do on occasion. You will find someone in the mean time enjoy your life when it happens there will be much more to enjoy.

I have thought about this...only problem is to get to my job which is 22miles away i have to take a freeway, no bikes allowed. If i go around the journey becomes about 35miles one way lol. I believe everyone can see the difference unless you have a mental disorder than makes you blind to your own physek(spelled wrong yes lol) I am only 26 lbs from my highest weight and I already notice a big difference. Keep it up you will notice and so will your loved ones and friends.

YES i would count that as exercise. bodily or mental exertion, especially for the sake of training or improvement of health: Walking is good exercise. So I would say count that.
