bruising after a workout?
About a week and a half ago i started working out after my first day i noticed bruising on my back IDK why but i had bruising right about upper back just below my shoulders....is this normal it is currently not their anymore i am thinking it was because of rubbing my hair against my shirt against the pads but IDK!

my walks feels faster than my jog!
Bah can't edit topic oh well take s off of walk! lol. Why does it feel like when I jog it is at a slower pace than when I walk. I walk roughly 3.2-3.6mph depending not sure how fast I jog, cant jog more than a minute without my shins being on fire.
