I went to the free training session I had at my local inshape fit. I loved it but the sad part is I cannot afford a trainer, yes it is for my health but you cant shake a leaf from a leafless tree. I am trying to set up a program for my body type the trainer had me do squat jumps? running sideways while squating? situps with a weight ball. bicycle kicks. But i want to add some more stuff that i can do solo. My question is does anyone know a program I could go off of? I can swim everyday at my apt pool and plan on it. I have an inshape fit membership. I am 6'2 345lbs (need to update profile) eat around 2900 calories a day. want to weight train mon/wed/fri with light cardio and tue/wed/sat heavy cardio no weight train. Any programs you recommend please add a link. Or indepth information please thanks.

Look up "Convict Conditioning" on Amazon. The progressions start out to easy, anyone can start and it really gets you strong fast.
