What are some meals that can be pre made, I just broiled 4 chicken breasts for my lunch at work with some days making tuna the night before. I am looking at some pre-made breakfast idea's i can either freeze or refrigerate. Mainly because i need to cut back on my carbs so early; my normal morning consists of 100% whole wheat bagel, 2tbsp creamy peanut butter, maybe 1tbsp local honey, coffee and creamer at work. This is when i work sat/sun is kind of a cereal day.

Ditch the peanut butter and go with almond or perhaps pistachio. I LOVE love love almond butter now. What you can do that you haven't mentioned is have a "veggie hour" every week perhaps on Sunday or Monday that you cut up tons of different veggies: carrots, zucchini, sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower etc. and bake them all on a huge tray.

Now, all throughout the week you can heat up and add a serving of healthy, filling veggies to any meal!

Also, this isn't exactly pre-preparing meals, but I like to make sandwiches almost on the daily. They are easy, quick, and can be packed with protein.
