I have been the same way! We can do this!

I did WW for years, even becoming lifetime member in 2010, Money was never an issue with me I just would rather count the calories and not the points. I have gained some back since being married and switching jobs but I am back at it. You could always do WW the style you are used to instead of the new way they are…

I switched to MFP after obtaining WW lifetime status in 2010, I would rather log calories than points and MFP IS FREE! I gained from a new job and marriage! lol I am working to get this 30 pounds off now :) I would not ever join and pay WW again,I felt the meetings and weighing in were not that beneficial to me :)

The clothes fitting...I am in scrubs being a nurse 95% of the time, I spend lost of money on them and when the 60+ uniforms I have in size medium are getting tight....time to do something!

-
I was WW and became a lifetime member. I find MFP is much more user friendly :)
-
30 here!

Exactly...easier said than done! lol
-
How did you overcome it?
-
I run into this EVERYTIME I have days off work! How do we overcome this?!
-
I have 20# lose and want to have it off in the same time frame!
-
I am a lifetime member of WW who has gained 30 pounds back, I maintained for 6 years and got married and busy working and gained some back. I find MFP more user friendly than WW ever was. This time I am focusing on how the clothes fit and not weight so much :)
-
This is MY issue also.......I have to be mentally strong and push through! lol

If you are here posting you are one of us :)

I am a nurse but thankfully I work corrections and we are limited to what we can bring past the gates but on the downside we are limited exercise as we have to stay inside the clinic for safety reasons.
-
12 hour shift Correctional nurse here! Add me! I need motivation.

I have an egg in my kale salad everyday! I love eggs and I have my own hens so I know what nu trition is going in! :)

I had the fitbit charge and then the blaze and recently within the last couple months I switched to Apple watch and it took some getting used to but I love it now!
-
I am back also and motivated! Lets do this!
-
I prep the food that I am going to take with me the day before I begin my 2 or 3 day stretches of 12 hours shifts. That includes all snacks and breakfast and lunch meals. LIke I said I have MORE issues eating right when I am home than when I am at work.
-
You can add me! I have about 20-25 pounds that I need to lose but I am having a hellova time staying on track this time around! lol
-
I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts, I find it harder to stick to a regime when I am at home actually. I prelog in MFP to get me through the days that I work. Also I am a corrections nurse so I don't have access to snacks because we are not allowed to bring anything like that past the gates:)
