Make sure you are hydrating enough! That's huge with muscles being worked and sweating:)

I am not sure what it means exactly but I have the same sensation and have for years:)

Adding you now :) Love the fitbit competition!

Ahhhh I will have to try this tomorrow when I walk and see.........Thanks!

The GPS is far more accurate than the fitbit, The fitbit is usually off about a half a mile......I have an iphone and I am not sure that my app has that option to track your exercise........

lol I lost 85 pounds via Weight Watchers and became a lifetime member in 2010......Needless to say I am above that lifetime goal now! lol

I lost 80 # on WW and would recommend it to anyone! Its SOOO much more than a diet, It teaches you how to eat and what to eat with the help of more…

I am currently a lifetime WW member and I continute to track alongside MFP, I lost 80 + pounds on WW and I agree that they are very close in values. I am having the same exact issue and I always do when I start a strict exercise regime....Its hard to keep plugging away at it when you see the number on that scale keep going up up and up! I do notice the inches peeling off though so keep your heads up!:) It will eventually level itself out:)
