I agree, rest days are needed for the body to heal. If you feel like you are missing out on something then try swimming you get to have fun & have a lighter workout. The body is not a machine & if over worked will start to show signs of wear & tear.

Hi, I weigh myself once a week on a Friday am. I limit myself not to hopping on the scale more than once a week as I think it is unhealthy for the mind.

I go for a chicken & salad wrap or sandwich & fruit. I take two snaks to work & always make one a fruit. Keeps the hunger pangs away for me & the calroies down.

For the sake of better health & wellbeing you do need to have at least 1200 calories, if you find you are eating too little try to up your snacks on nuts etc, the good ones not the naughty ones this may help.

Yes, I have am am loving the whole thing & we have'nt even started. Have lost 6kgs so far & look forward to more losses in the future.
