I have recently gone cold turkey myself on all sugars. Except in one cup of tea a day there are no cakes, breads or dairy, sweets, pastrys & I found the first week was fine the second week I had a mild sore head, nothing that a pill would not fix & now honestly I dont miss it. Yes I agree, when we eat less we send a message to our body & it goes into starvation mode, it stores the food just incase it does'nt get any more so by eating more you send a message to the body & it releases the un wonted kgs - funny I do agree but it does work. Well done on starting strong!. I would suggest you look around for a second hand heart monitor & watch, this will tell you how many calories you are burning (I live by mine). I think this is all about not dieting but changing how you think. You dont diet you change one bad habbit for a good one (its a life style). You have proven in the past you rocked this & with steady changes & persistance it will show results. Love the bikini bit ha,ha - go girl you have this in the bag!.:smile:

Yip agree, look at eating a bit more. If after a few weeks of sticking to the new amount of calories & exercising if you dont show any results get your thyroid checked (might be some thing simple that is stopping the weight loss). - keep going strong :)

Stay away from the junk food & sweet treats. Eat a balanced diet (dont try to starv yourself) because it will show in your skin. If after a few weeks still no joy consult with your doctor as it might be a hormone thing - worth a chat. :)

Hmm for me it would have to be reaching for those chocies & wine when stressed. I would like to change it & reach for the walking shoes then I would not need to loose the weight I need to loose. Everything is easier in hind site so we learn & move on in the right direction.

Hello, I think you should do a workout when it suits you. I find first thing in the am is a good time for me then late at night again if I can. HI, Since it is Summer here I take chicken wraps, chicken & salad, tuna sandwich & snacks are fruit x 2 & berry natural bar & sometimes nuts (10). Hope this helps to give you ideas.
