I use a HRM to log my workouts as custom exercises. Otherwise, you might just want to use the kickboxing exercise.

Chalene says it's good to stretch after your muscles are warm, so I would think right after the workout is best. I have only done it twice and I know I will tire of it soon and may just do my own 5-10 minute stretch on my own right after the workout.

I feel like the Zumba and just dance games offer a decent cardio workout while still being fun. You have to really give it your all in order to break a sweat though, but boy is it fun!

Actually on my way to Zumba class right now. Fantastic workout! I burn about 550-600 calories/hour with the classes/dvds. Enjoy!

It tells you everything you need to know on the watch display and then you just type it in on MFP. How exactly did they screw you over? Sounds like you need to get better acquainted with the features and read the manual.

Yes! It definitely does help. I was stuck in a 3-week yo-yo cycle where I'd lose and gain the same 3 pounds. I did the zig-zagging and lost those 3 plus an additional 4. I am happy! I understand you have a cheat day, but maybe you need to cut it back to a cheat meal. If it's fast food, they have a ton a sodium in most entrees/food. Even though it's a cheat day, do you still track your calories for it? If you don't, it'd be a great idea. :-) It's likely water weight from sodium or sore muscles, etc.…

I eat mine. I lose about 3 lbs a week when I do. When I don't, I gain. Bottom line- for me eating my exercise calories works.
