Advice on modifying schedule?
Hi everyone! I've been a long time turbo jam fan, and just started turbo fire on Saturday. Boy am I sore today- my core is on FIRE. Prior to starting TF, I did Turbo Jam about 4-5x a week. I see that TF is a 6-day a week workout, and while I will try my bestest to workout 6 days, I know myself and my schedule/limitations…
