Ran another 1.76 miles in the neighborhood after work yesterday. Total milage = 3.52mi. Time to rest my legs 'til my first 5K on Saturday!

3.29 miles today! I went a little faster than usual, going 5.2 mph today and then bringing it up to 5.3 half-way through. I ended the last minute at a speed of 7 mph. I about died, but I feel awesome now! I'm finished with the Couch to 5k program, and I think I'm ready for my first 5K on Saturday!!! :D

4/13 - I'm running a 5K a week from today and went to run the route. I made a wrong turn and made the run about a mile longer than the route. Ran 4.12 miles today.
