I'm pretty happy with a pretty fulfilling life, and I still require a seat belt extension on a plane.... You can be happy AND have lots of fat, but I just happen to be working on being healthier at the moment. I'm not going to be miserable in the mean time... ^^just saying.

We need to stop labeling people as FAT. We ALL have fat. One of my 4 year olds (I have twins) asked me if I was fat. I said "well I have fat, more than you, and some people have more than me and some people have less then me. I'm trying to have less fat so I can play with you better."

I live in Alaska. I've paid $5 for one Apple... i don't eat meat so I can't attest to that, but produce is VERY expensive here. I've taken to ordering some food (like dry goods) offline from amazon since the Prime shipping is free even to Alaska. It is VERY expensive to eat healthy here.

I'm a pescatarian and Dairy free, only occasional eggs and fish but normally only wild caught salmon here (I'm in Alaska). feel free to add me. I have very few friends that eat similarly.

I am similar weight to you and my goal weight is to be 160 by December. Don't focus on that "magic" number, even if you lose 2lbs a week, which is more achievable, you will weigh under 200 pounds, which will be a HUGE accomplishment.
