From what I understand you cannot carry them over to another day and it doesn't hurt if you don't use all of them in one day. I have been doing this a week and I average about 400/500 calories left over everyday. Hope that helps. BTW....I TRY to eat ALL my calories each day but am just NOT hungry.

I am on a 10 lb. journey at a time but overall I want to lose 100+ pounds. Not my first rodeo either, actually about my 10th time trying. I loose 50 lbs., feel great and give up. Hoping this time it happens! Please feel free to add me.

Welcome Amy! My first day too, expect I have done this every year for many years. I loose weight feel great and stop watching what I eat. My advice is to read the message boards and gain inspiration. Track what you eat, how much water you drink and how much you exercise. It all adds up in the end and you will see a weight…
