Tonight's workout Squats 54555 @106lbs.felt a bit wobbly tonight. Ohp 5x5@46lbs.i dropped down from 47 and it felt easier.crazy how 1lb can make so much difference. Deadlift.1x5@150lbs.first time at this weight!25lbs heavier than me lol.

Today's workout Squats, hubby's at work and he helps with the bar so did light squats.both really busy this week at work so trying to get a workout in while I can. 3x20 @50lbs. Ohp 2x5@37lbs.5x5@47lbs.still feels so heavy. Deadlift1x5@80lbs 2@95lbs 1x4@145lbs. Just couldn't lift the last one but could easily last week.

Decided to drop down on squats after Tuesdays fail .did 1x5 45lbs 1x5 60lb 5x5@90lbs. Ohp 1x5 @35lbs 1x5@40lbs 5x5@47lbs. Deadlift 1x5@90lbs 1x4@105 lbs.1x5@ 135lbs. Lost an inch around my waist and 2lbs so things moving in the right direction finally lol.

Yeah I think I need to maybe eat more healthy fats.youre doing well with all your lifts even though you're in a deficit.i love lifting but the constant hunger is annoying,it is more when I've increased weight on squats though.was looking at other programmes.are you still thinking of changing?

Missed a workout this week,had a migraine thurs night and still felt grim on fri morn. Todays workout Squats 1x5 bodyweight,1x5@65lbs 5x5@100lbs Bench 1x5@45lbs,1x5@50lbs 5x5@60lbs Rows1x5@55lbs 5x5@67lbs. Then i did 4x10 ohp at 20 lbs to see if it helps improve my ohp.ive been stuck at 47lbs for ages now.

I've stopped increasing every workout now the lifts are more challenging.i usually go a few weeks then move up. Apart from ohp, I can be at the same weight for a couple of months.

Thank you! I'm stuck around 60lb on bench so I'll try alternating the lighter lifts at the end of my main workouts.so I'll do bench if bench is the lift in the next workout and vice versa.
