what is cycling caffeine? I just started drinking espresso 15min before workouts, and it really seems to help endurance/distance. Is there a better way? I do drink a couple cups of coffee throughout the day afterwards.

I used to drink coffee with cream, milk, or half n half. I slowly just put less and less in it. Then I started getting much better coffee ground for french press and started making it that way. I just started using my Fitbit more and love my only active friend that challenges me. It would be nice to have more friends to stay motivated and do weekly challenges with. My favorite smoothie is 1/2 c to 1 c of frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, 1c almond milk, 2-3c spinach, blend until smooth. Add water or ice if too thick.
