I too am sorry for what you are going through. Sorry I can't offer to much advice, but I think talking to a Dr. would be good, maybe it"s a chemical imbalance or your body is lacking something?? Do you excersise?? I know when I feel down , and I excersise it helps tremendously.... I sincerely hope you find the help you…

I brown lean ground chicken or turkey , and add diced tomatoes and garlic ,mushroom, peppers, onion and some parm cheese, it's so close to spagetti . Yummy and low cal.

Agreed.... I love to make my own things. I guess I'm to cheap to buy prepackaged. Also I know what I put in my food, I just have to eat less...

oh yes , I;ve had them ,and they are great , and very crunchy. I bought a special plate (which you don't need ) obviously . Anyway , yes quick and very yummy , I just add a bit of sea salt .

If you like cooked cauliflower , try cooking it well and drain and mash ( in a frying pan saute garlic , leeks and spinach, add the mashed cauliflower to the saute , also add 2 tbsp. of horseradish and 2 tblsp of sharp white cheddar cheese. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAV's.. just ajust to what you like , we use this without spinach…

I use them , and don't mind them , when you have your favourite sauce.So yes it's alot less calories.My husband won't eat them though , so I end up cooking pasta as well.

Yes you do have to be strong !!!!!! It is hard sometimes , but you can do it .. Just visualize yourself in a few months , at the beach or buying clothes in a smaller size . and how good that will feel . That's what I try to do .. Good luck.. Stay strong .:smile: :smile:
