I find keeping an eye on my heart rate keeps me where I need to be not to trigger an ashma attack. If I keep it no higher than 140-145, with a few occassional slow downs to 130 I can get through a 30 minute elliptical session. The only pain I'm still feeling is under the arm pits. Must be from all those push-ups followed by a yoga class the next day when she said, "we are going to work the triceps!". May I be the first to say...ouch!!!! I sounds like a complainer, but that is just my teasing/sarcastic nature. I was raised by a father who physically pushed his three daughters passed their physical limitation on a regular basis so I am used to it. We all ended of up incredible stamina and will stupidly push ourselves too…

Didn't lose any weight after all that hard work :grumble: But I did lose 1/2 inch in my waist which makes 1 inch total in 2 weeks. And that is really the most important thing. I could actually zip up my jeans. Still tight but at least wearable....standing up :tongue:

How did it go for you? I did it right before my yoga class and burned 116 calories in 15 min so that was nice. But that thing moves too darn slow for me. I couldn't figure out if there was a way to speed it up.
