Didn't get to the challenges today, will double up tomorrow. Over water, under on calories. Not looking forward to the 5 miles. Not sure if my knees can take it. Will probably save for the weekend and take my phone in case I need the hubby to save me.

That's great, congratulations! I just about killed myself on the treadmill today walking 2 miles in 40 minutes. Running is just a dream for me. Stupid knees.

Now I know why my usual weigh-in day is Monday, my weight loss never seems to show up until then. The bloating is down and so is the weight by one pound right on schedule. Guess I will have to count it for this week's loss unless it's not too late to change last week's.

No weight loss this week :( I have learned that I can't eat all my exercise calories back. I seem to have gained a half inch all around too. i have noticed being bloated all week. Need to stay away from the Mexican food. Completed all Bushman, one 5K, was under calories and met or over water all 6 days.

Completed Bushman day 5 and 6 today (including 2 Tabata's) to make up for missing earlier this week and selfishly wanting tomorrow off :) Saving the 5 minute bearwalk for tomorrow to let my elbow rest. I am a total candy addict. One of my food diary catagories is Candy is my Only Addiction. I love anything that is strictly sugar: Sweetarts, Spree, Candy Corn, Gummy Bears, Jelly Beans..... Feeling really worn out, but forced myself to workout. Finished Bushman day 3, will be over on water and under calories at the end of the day. I sure hope that bear walk gets easier.

Bushman day 2 completed. First day back using my right elbow so only used the 2 lb weights. Over water, will be under calories. Temps hitting 100 here so no walks unti it cools off. At 9:30 pm we are still in the high 80's. Ick. Hope it doesn't last.

Definitely. Today I had to take the cat to the vet and I have a dentist appt later. Wanted to do the 3.2 mile walk today too but couldn't fit it in. And those dishes and the laundry aren't going to wash themselves. Off to the gym!

For Monday finished Bushman with Tabata. I have come to the conclusion the bear walk is just meant to be pure torture. Over on water and under on calories by 18, even after the hubby forced El Torito on me. Just hit my first goal this morning, so excited. I have only found the elliptical and stationary bike to work for me. I hate water so swimming is out. They should get at least a bit stronger as you work them though. Lunges and squats.....carefully. Bushman Series, bearwalk, tabata all done. Water met or over, calories under. Current weight 135.5. Only lost .5 lb this week, but more importantly I lost 1/2" everywhere I measure. That is good enough for me :)

Completed exercise challenges (including Tabata), will at least meet water and will be under calories. Need to stay off my elbow for a couple more days so will try the bear walk on Sunday. I can't wait to not have to modify everything.

200 completed, 46 were sit-ups. Back told me 46 was enough. Thank you to the person who mentioned lower ab crunches. Did that for most of the last 100. Much harder for me then the regular ones and my back was happy.

Didn't see the Tabata part until I was done with my workout today. Burned more calories than I ever have in one day and I'm wipe out! Will do it starting tomorrow. Did the Bushman and those globe jumps just about killed me even with the adjustment I'm doing because I can't jump.

I'll keep my starting weight at 136 even though there was an extra half lb on the scale this morning. I'm in that bloated time of the month.
