Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

The added challenge this week is to see how many Sit-Ups you can do INSTEAD of crunches. I realize some of you can't do sit-ups yet that's why this is a crunches challenge but, if you can't do sit-ups try to do at least one If you can do 200 sit-ups then do 200 of them. The rest of us do what we can and finish off with crunches.

You can do the crunches any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I only have 40 more to go. I usually do 160 everyday.

Hm! I might have to get on board with some of these mini challenges! Does it matter if we spread the 200 throughout the day?
Also, can I mix it up with reverse crunches (bring the knees in) instead? It's easier on my back, and gets more of my lower abs.

You have until "midnight" to get them done anyway you can. Midnight is when YOU got bed for the day whether it be 3pm or 3 am.

200 completed, 46 were sit-ups. Back told me 46 was enough. Thank you to the person who mentioned lower ab crunches. Did that for most of the last 100. Much harder for me then the regular ones and my back was happy.
