managed about 10 sit ups found them hard to do and the rest in crunches !!0

I totally forgot about the challenge until just 45min ago.. But, I completed the challenge. My abs are screaming now LOL

I did 100 sit-ups (not as good as you yet) and 300 bicycle crunches for a total of 400!!

Didn't do very well on this one--mainly for lack of time! Did manage some standing crunches during work but no sit ups at all.0

i did 50 normal crunches, 20 sit ups, and 130 crunches laying on one of those huge medicine balls.0
