Congratulations everyone and thanks for all your hard work SommerJo! I didn't lost 10 lbs, but lost 8 which is more than I ever imagined I would. I love getting on the scale and seeing 136. Now to knock that 6 out of there!

Yay! Was able to work out some today. Was only able to finish the first 2 days of exercise challenges, but did catch up on what I could do, which was the 21's and swimmers presses. Things feel better today, still a little sore. Was able to spend a little time on my recumbent bike and added an extra mile for the team. That was as much as I could do. Sorry team. Been out of commission yesterday and today. Strained my back Tuesday. Was meeting all goals until yesterday though. Hoping I'll be back at it tomorrow. Met all challenges, over on water, under on calories everyday so far. Today wasn't healthy as it could be, but fried chicken is my favorite food and need to indulge once in a while. Then there's the ice cream that has been screaming my name.

I have a recumbent bike and I can't burn as many calories as I can on the elliptical at the gym.

I have knee problems so walking for exercise can even be difficult. I love the elliptical. It's the only way I can get a decent calorie burn. I enjoy food too much to just diet. I need to burn too. I eat pretty healthy though.

Thanks for the tuck jumps modification. I should be able to do that. And I can do plenty of crunches. I'll pledge 800 too.
