there i did it. 350 single left leg calf raises, done in 22 sets of 15. I tried the right one (which is the hurt one) and it laughed at me. So its still down, but i still did the other side.0

Done, however it's Saturday here in Australia. Completed on top of my 70minute 12-14mph stationary bike ride. Feels gooooooooood!0
