Thanks so much! Ran immediately to the TV and there they were. I had no idea. Dowloading the beginning belly dance now. I have a good sized belly so I already have a head start. lol

Got those ups and downs out of the way. Had to do in two reps. Did 25 when I got up and was very excited when I came downstairs and saw it was only a total of 40 so i finished them up! My cat thought I had finally really lost my mind.

I'm sorry. I indulged in a glass of wine last night after burning a bunch of calories. The alcohol hit me really hard.

Woke up with a sore throat this morning. Worried the hubby's flu is about to kick in. So I got my 50 crunches out of the way first thing just in case. Think I'll stay away from the gym today just in case, but going to try to watch an entire movie while pedaling away on my recumbent bike for my calorie burn. Probably not…

I'm starting to feel like the devil on the shoulder here, but I go out very rarely so when I do I don't worry about it. Being in the habit of eating healthy already steers me away from the worst things on the menu,but as for the rest, I enjoy. Going off the plan for one meal isn't going to mean anything in the long term…

Burned 753 calories today but my body is beginning to rebel and wonder what the heck I have been doing to it for the past week.

I agree with making sure you are drinking enough water. What you think are hunger pains could be dehydration. Also, definitely load on the protein. I start my mornings with almost all protein and it really helps me get through the day without feeling hungry.

Good question about what to do if you're sick. My husband had the flu all weekend so I figure it's only a matter of time until it gets me. 500 calories is getting tougher to hit. Not feeling too confident, but will definitely try. I've never done more than 50 I think. They always make my wrists hurt which ends up making me stop sooner than I want to.

It's large enough that my plan was my back, but have been reconsidering that maybe I should start with something smaller just to see how I handle the pain. I hadn't thought of behind my ear. I have long hair and tend to wear it down at work. Sounds like a painful area though.

I'm going to add an additional 15 minutes to the elliptical (from 30 to 45) to get to the 500 mark. If that doesn't work I guess I will have to get on the recumbent at home sometime today. Maybe watch the news at the same time and get some agression out. :)

Try drinking a glass of water. Our feelings of hunger are sometimes actually from thirst. I find it usually helps. That and going to bed early to sleep through the urge to snack.
