Under calories, over water, finished all challenges. I can't help but get on the scale every morning and saw a half lb drop from my usual Monday weigh in but not getting too excited yet. I'm interested in hearing people's thoughts on that too. I hate to gorge myself to keep up with what I'm burning in my workouts, especially at the end of the day.

One of the few thing I miss about the job I lost earlier this year. The once or twice a year I would travel to Wisconsin and could have Culvers. We don't have them here in California. Yummy.

I usually go to a couple of music festivals every year and I give myself a break. My experience is what has already been said, stay hydrated, you won't eat as much as you think you will, and you will be burning plenty of calories. I have never gained weight after a festival.

Used the stair stepper at the gym before my yoga class. That one almost did me in but I made it through. I need to learn how that machine works to make it a little easier.

I found a 15 minute intro to belly dance video. I sure haven't done that before! I think I worked hip muscles that I didn't know i had.

Is there something more low impact I can do instead of the globe jumps? I tried them but fell down. My knees can't handle the impact. The jumping jacks are the limit my knees can handle with any jumping exercises. I already finished the jumping jacks and the stair climbs.

Completed all challlenges for today. Drank enough water. Still have enough calories leftover I would have to gorge on Ben and Jerry's to get through them all and I don't have any Ben and Jerry's. So I assume by the end of the night I will still be under on calories.

Oh no! I did too many! I thought it was 175. Did 5 reps of 25 and 5 reps of 10. Concerned it got my lower back more than my abs no matter how hard I tried to do it right.

I hard boil a week's worth of eggs and have one with 2 pieces of canadian bacon in the morning. Both are already cooked so it's really grab and go. If I have more time I might fry an egg in a non-stick skillet (no oil or butter) and heat the canadian bacon along with it. That gives me enough protein to make it until lunch…

Was going to quit at 175, but saw there was 1 1/2 hr left before midnight. Got to 300 then treated myself to 1/2 serving of gummi bears.

I have the same question regarding the steps. I have 14 steps on my staircase too. For today I completed the challenge for today and made up for missing yesterday by doing those too. Was under on calories and drank more than enough water.

Made up missing exercise yesterday by doing 146 minutes today and have already gone over water goal and the day isn't over yet!
