I have to use my HRM too. The MFP database and machines both over estimate my calories burnt.

Okay for this weeks challenge I am going to do 25 miles on the treadmill...between walking and jogging. I have already met a 15 mile and 20 mile goal this year so I am going to push for 25 between Monday and Friday...Wish me luck!

At the end of the episode we talk about the struggles that girl hard, how it changed/strained her relationship with her mom, how the boyfriend often leaves and if he does stay he isn't helpful at all. Driving range is fun! Also we actually went to the gym for Valentines Day :) Or a long walk around the lake or on a trail is fun!

My downfall is cardio for over 30 minutes! I can't go much longer without a potty break...hate it!

When I first went veg 3 years ago I went up in weight because I was eating a lot of junk food (I was more a junkatarian)...now I am focused on eating better so my weight is going down. People always tell me to eat chicken but I just really can't handle meat at all...my tummy says no.

I burn between 300-500 each night. I can't do all the push up moves but I modify and keep my heart rate up the entire time.

I am on week 6 of c25k and do my jogs at 4.5-4.8.

My sister is 13 weeks pregnant and her dr advised her to keep her heart rate at 140 and below while exercising. She walks and jogs now (just recently gave up spin).

I use C25K lite on my phone...no music but I put on pandora and it interrupts when time to change walk to run.

Use my HRM...yesterdays cardio session showed 570 calories burnt on the treadmill machine count while the HRM showed 408!

I am on week 5. It was a struggle each week but you just keep going. Slow the pace down and you will get through it. I have a 20 minute run with no break this week that I am nervous about but going to do!

I add frozen corn and fresh green and red peppers when I make these...LOVE THEM! I don't use taco seasoning either, just throw some hot sauce on them while they cook...
