My soon to be 12 year old is already an 8 in the "junior" dept due to her big old birthing hips :) Haha...she is going to be curvy but it gives her a huge complex when she knows all her friends are a smaller size. I always tell her you can't define yourself by your weight or jean size!

My son is 9 and I will continue to hug him if he gets hurt or cries. I will validate his feelings and not make him ashamed to show when he is in pain or hurt. I am raising a son who is confident and comfortable showing who he is and what he is feeling.

We are each given a $300 yearly wellness allowance to pay for gym equipment or memberships. Then each month we have wellness programs and prizes. Right now they are doing a BL type contest with a cash prize! It is all very helpful!

I burn between 400-700 depending on the rountine and how much I put into it. That is my range with my heart rate monitor.

I've had mine for almost a year and LOVE it! I feel lost working out without it! Wish it had GPS so I could track miles but I will wait for this one to die before I buy a new one!

Tomorrows weigh in will not be good! I can only undo some of the damage from the weekend before Tuesday morning! I guess that is my biggest struggle, THE WEEKEND. Well, it is a learning process after all! Hope everyone else is doing good and staying committed!

Tonight is W2D3 of the C25K...Can't wait till I find my groove again and don't struggle with jogging/running anymore! Taking the summer off was not the best choice, but I had to heal a stress fracture in my foot :(

I was home yesterday and snacked on candy, thankful to be back at work today without the temptation! I did complete W2D1 of the C25K with the hubby last night. This week is uber hectic but I am going to fit in what I can and keep on moving! Question: Are their scheduled days to report weight loss?
