Make sure if you get a crockpot you get one with a programmable timer! I put stuff in the pot at night and keep in the fridge- then turn on in the morning and set the timer so it doesnt overcook! I just have the hamilton beach one and it works great. It is very easy and then its ready when you get home from work :)

I am not saying the herbalife helped me gain muscle. I now have the energy and the desire to workout 5-6 days a week cardio and strength training. I only added in that I have gained muscle, since I haven't lost as many lbs as I have inches. Im not going to sit here and argue with everyone all day. I just was letting the OP…

I understand your point. However $3 a meal (including supplements), or $1.50 a meal for just the shakes, if far LESS than what it costs to eat a healthy meal. Like I said, its not for everyone. But its convenient, tastes good, and works for me.

No- actually being negative is bashing what someone is doing to get healthy and fit. NO herbalife is not for everyone. For me, I dont like a lot of healthy food. Its hard for me to think of different options to being for lunch that are easy and taste good. 2 shakes a day help me stay within my calories, I still have 2…

Where do you get this from? With Herbalife you drink 2 shakes a day, eat one healthy meal and have 2 snacks. You are supposed to eat every 3 hours or so. Maybe get your facts straight before you comment on something you have no knowledge of :)

You will still benefit from just the shakes. The supplements just help your body to adsorb the nutrition and some of them help speed up your metabolism. The tea is really great too.

I usually will have something small before my workout (string cheese, cottage cheese, apple and pb etc...) and then have my shake after. The protein in the shake is great for an after workout meal!

If you got the whole Ultimate kit for $30 then I guarantee it is not herbalife!

I agree that you need to up your calories a little, and make sure you are eating a lot of protein! Also the herbalife tea is amazing. I just ordered the total control too and am hoping that helps even more. Message/friend me if you want more info, I have been taking it for about 2 weeks :)

I dont have any problems with the lunge and bicep curl, but I feel like I am not doing the side lunges right! My knee always feels weird. I have basically just started doing squats during that part lol.

I still can't do all of the pushups in a row.... even on my knees. I just finished day 4 this morning. Does anyone else have this problem?

I think maybe I just didn't get enough sleep last night. I try it in the morning all week and if it doesnt work out I will just have to make myself do it after work! I thought about before pictures but I could never post those!
