For some reason I can ride a bicycle in any humidity and living in central Illinois its friggin HUMID! The breeze from bicycling keeps me from overheating and I get in a great workout. The second I stop though, I'm drenched! LOL

I had a bad experience last weekend with the same issue but my stomach area hurt so bad I thought I'd have to go to the hospital. Once it calmed down I started taking a probiotic and within 2 days I'm going normal! I never thought they would work that well but OMG I'm sold!!!

I'm sure it was the weight you had on there at 326! You are going to burn way more at that weight than at 160. I love Map My Ride and it actually comes out less calories than my HRM.

Awesome thoughts!!! Thanks. Hitting 50 is december is my mid-life re-evaluation. My sister is 11 years older than me and has terrible arthritis. I have some of it but trying to keep moving to keep me limber. I think I need to find a yoga class cause I am sure not as limber as I used to be!

I just did this as well and OMG do I really, really look like that???? So now every time you want to skip a workout, binge out on your favorite foods, etc. just pull them puppies out and it will stop you dead in your tracks! Congrats on the weight loss!

I substitute it in recipes using mayo. 1/2 light mayo and 1/2 yogurt. I've made chicken salad, deviled eggs, seven layer salad, - all came out fantastic!

I don't know who would tell you it was a good place to count carbs because it doesn't allow for fiber. And its for everyone wanting to lose weight no matter how they are doing it - not just lowcarbers.

I have a treadmill that goes up to a 15% incline. I start at one percent incline and every time I go 10 feet up in elevation, I up the incline one percent. By the time I get to 15, I'm am pretty winded. Then I go back down the percentages to one. I would also do lots of lunges and squats to build up those muscles!

I eat them occasionally. IIFYM! I did find a great way to cook them. I cut them up and microwave them til they are about done. Then I toss them in olive oil and seasoning and put them in the oven at about 425 degrees til they get crunchy. they seem to get crunchier that way instead of putting them in the oven raw.

They make a USB port that plugs into your Apple devices. They make one that has a memory card port also. That way you can activate your fitbit or whatever you use. Also, if he runs, bikes, or walks, Map My Ride is an awesome program IMO. I use it for biking and hiking and it calculates calories.

This!!!! ^^^ I bought a julienne peeler I think for less than $10 and it works perfectly. I love the zucchini noodles. And if you still want a bit of pasta, mix the zucchini noodles with a half a serving of spaghetti.
