it isn't always that simple. thyroid, etc could be an issue. my scale has been stuck for 2 years. i've been to 3 or 4 different doctors, a nutritionist, had metabolic testing done...I measure and log everything. I work out. I run half marathons. I dont want surgery either, but i have no idea how much to eat anymore or what…

me too (though i record it once a week). Some days my weight is up 3lb due to salt or whatever. What if the one day I weigh is the day it is up 3lb? I like to watch for trends :)

I did one last April...it was cold and rainy and awesome!! Training for another one, this time in June:)

I made this tonight, used asparagus instead of mushrooms because I am not a fungus fan. was yummy! I think it would be good with some of the other flavors of laughing cow, too. thanks for posting!

I was just there today and got one of the under 550 cal meals (I think mfp said it was 508), the asiago steak! was very good and filling.
