I'm 5'6 and goal is 165-170. For my wedding I was 150 and looked sickly. I'd like to be much more muscular than I was at 150 but as lean as I was so I think 165-170 would be ideal. Currently I'm 211 and wear a size 12-14 pants.

I bake tilapia (partially thawed or frozen) in the oven for about 18 mins on 350-400 (can't remember exactly). I just add some creole and adobo (mexican seasoning mix). I put it a couple in an aluminum packet with a little spray of pam so it doesn't stick. Easy as can be!
