I can suggest about some vegetarian food - Palak (Spinach) Paneer, Cabbage. Substitute chapati/roti instead of naan. Some Indian restaurants have Chole / Chana masala even thats good. Even I like it a lot so I make it myself with very little/no oil and other unhealthy stuff. :)

No I have never worked in night shifts before. And have never been to hospital before. I have made a mix of almonds, cashews, walnuts, coconut and apricot already for the trip. I hope there is a coffee machine around to keep me awake for 4 nights. :)

I log all my food. But since I mostly eat homemade food, I don't have the exact measure for the amount of food I eat, but I am pretty sure that the amount is more than whats measured here. So I am actually taking in more calories. :smile:

That's fine. Even I eat ice-cream a lot atleast once in 2 weeks i.e. Usually on weekend my dinner is ice-cream shake. And your diary is not open. :(

I liked your food diary a lot. I see you get lots of iron from nutiva protein powder, pasta and soup. I will give it a try. Even I have to change present protein powder and also have to add more green leafy veggies in my diet. Thanks for sharing it with me!! :smile:
