Yeah even I might bring back beans in my diet. May be stick to 1 cup a day initially to track. That way even if I miss by greens on some days, I would still be good nutrition wise.

Yeah I like steam cooked beans. But I was under impression that steam cooking is not a part of raw diet. I will give it a try. I miss eating beans a lot.

Even I do cheat sometimes out of craving even though I try to control most of it. Luckily I got away my coffee craving right on the first day I started this diet. I love white potatoes and don't like sweet potatoes either. But to get used to it, I tried making baked chips (in oven) of sweet potaoes with paprika and loved it. You will find the recipe for it on youtube if you want to try it out.

I am starting this on Monday and wanted to know how do you guys eat the beans... I mean should it be soaked and boiled or just soaked in water for 8 hours? My guess is boiling might reduce the nutrients from the beans. Not sure though.
