Look up Tata tamer (best sports bra ever) I'm a 36DDD and I bounce like crazy. Old navy also has some amazing tops that have a sports bra upper area but a loose waist area. Both together are amazing holding my stuff down and no nippies : )

have you tried kickboxing classes or a core class? Even when you are down and just don't give a damn, working out will help you feel better; it and food are things you can control. Unfortunately losing your job and car breaking down are not, plus punching a bag might help relieve a whole bunch of stress.

I top mine with spices, use a glass baking dish, cover with foil, 400 degrees for 40 mintues. I usually rotate the baking dish about 20 minutes in.
