Ok I have large calves. They are 16.5inches, I run a lot now, I do not do leg weights because I do not want to make them bigger. How do I decrease their size?

I need recipes.
I am running out of things to make that are fast, healthy, taste good, can be prepared in advance or slow cooker. I usually leave the house around 5:30 in the morning and often times do not get home until after 9pm. Any great recipes would be welcomed!:smile:
