This is why dieting is so confusing. "Eat back your calories." "You need a 3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 pound." So which is it? Do you need a deficit or do you eat back your calories?

Cilantro, onion, and sometimes some avocado. I've added fat free cream cheese in with it, too, but I don't make a habit of it. SO yummy. Oh! And some green taco sauce over the top of it. DELICIOUS!

As I have aged, my metabolism has slowed, but I still the way that I did when I was younger and exercising all the time. In HS, I was a waitress, a cheerleader, and I was an athlete. I was always thin and fit. After my first child (at age 18), I was still fit and trim. I thought I had lucked out in the metabolism area. NOT…
