1800 or so is my overall calorie intake, burn off 600, ending up with 1200 calories...I think I'm doing that right? I agree, eat more calories...your body is in starvation mode. Extreme hunger can also be a sign of low blood sugar...possibly a side effect from eating so few calories? For myself, if I have more than a minute amount of refined sugar in my diet I start to get cravings like crazy!

I'm in the same boat...lost over a 100 lbs 4 years ago, and have now gained 25 of it back...I need motivation! :) I'm going to Mexico at the end of the month...

Hi, I was raised near Mankato, but now live near Elk River and work in Minnetonka.
