I'm in. I was part of another challenge that has gone dormant but it was that group (some folks in particular) that got my hind end back in the saddle. I used to ride a lot until I broke my hip a few years ago. I would love to ride more miles but this will keep me at it . I had a goal of 50 last month and actually was…

I second all this. Another group I was in that has been going for a really long time completely (and I mean completely) disintegrated this month. There are still some folks around and I'll be encouraging a couple of them to come join us! I like that it's not too big.

Paul - body needs recovery time so that's nit a bad thing. Rezekiel - sorry about your back. A good chiro should have a massage therapists on staff and a good chiro is worth it!

Walked over 5 miles yesterday. Did a good walk a little later before going to the airport to pick up my daughter who is here for the weekend. Took the puppies out early this morning before it gets too hot. Might be a treadmill kind of a day later.

Good for you! That sounds wonderful. I love my kids but I have to admit, its enjoyable to now be where we can go on trips just the 2 of us and not have to worry about them. And they house sit! lol!

I have an Ipad that I use for all my reading these days. Took me awhile to get away from the mindset of actually having something with some weight that I could turn pages with but now, I love it especially since they got away from having to turn it off while flying. I'm not a movie person but I can read for hours!

hmmm - I swear I posted my workouts from the weekend yesterday but ok. Looks to me like everyone is doing so good. That is awesome. Saturday i did my normal morning Boot Camp class. Then hubby talked me in to playing 18 holes of golf. The good news is a year ago I could not even have contemplated doing both in one day.…

holy cow Carl! i would say it was a Panther but dang!. When we lived in Reno, in addition to the Coyotes, we had bobcats and Mountain Lions and the Occasional Bear. I rarely went out on the trail by myself because of it. The Coyotes were the biggest issue but we actually lost a cat to a Bobcat right in front of our house.…

I use plain yogurt for a lot of things. Use it instead of sour cream in a number of dishes. I used it to mix my chicken salad last night instead of mayo. Of course, I use it with fruit and nuts a lot. I use it to make smoothies and this morning for breakfast - mixed cherry tomatoes, avocado and hot sauce with it. instead…
