I am here consistently here although have not been as consistent in my focus - having friends and folks that support you and encourage you make a huge difference! I'm here and I'm in! I consider myself a supportive friend and like having the support as well. Been here for a bit , had a bit of a walk about and working back at it. Some folks aren't around much any more or all - kinda disappointing but it happens!

I can do ballet squats - I like that. I do have some restrictions on my range of motin and what I can do in the office but I can do that. I can also do leg lifts. Oooh - I need to try the lunges. Sorry I have been MIA but its been a very tough and stressful couple of weeks since this started. Time to catch-up!!!

Until Friday, it has been a fairly short commute but long hours at the actual desk. Starting on the 11th, it will be 50mins - 1 hr. I will take the train some days which takes a bit longer. If I may, count me in!!! I try and do things at work, go out at lunch and walk when I can but it would help to have some support and accountability! I'm going to be commuting longer in the not too distant future and will really need to keep it going!!! I need to get a fitbit too!
