Hey CKSummer, I think it is pretty normal to feel hunger at first, at least I always do. You have to retrain your body to know when to stop. It will take a while, but your body will learn to be satisfied with only what it needs! :wink:

As for what I did to lose the 40...well the good news is we are in the right place. I just watched what I ate with the help of my fitness pal and I did (on occasion) do Kettle Bells. I bought the Jillian Michaels video and did it at home. I will not and have not ever stuck to a gym membership so at home was the way to go…

I have battled weight my whole life...sort of. I thought I was "big" in high school. What I wouldn't give to be that "big" again.
