  • Today is my first day of starting Atkins. I hope I can stick to it. I already messed up tis morning by having my bowl of oatmeal like i do every morning, BUT i had it plain w/ only cinnamon n milk. I wont make that mistake again. its crustless quiches for me. I am going to miss my GRAINS. I hope phase 1 get over quick!

  • Canada! Because the bears will eat the zombies!! Ok ok but seriously, I heard Canada is beautiful i think i would love to live there for awhile. But i love where i love right now,
  • For the most part i stay active all week. My cheat day is the weekend, i eat whatever I want but dont eat til i burst. Again I stay ACTIVE i try to do my 20 minute walk or just something. i know I would loose more if i did not have a cheat weekend or holiday but if i had no cheat days i think i would food binge.
  • I am "reading" Husband by Dean Koontz. I was surprized its really good I cant wait to drive so I can start "READING" it again. Ok ok, so its an audio book. :blushing:
