Love the idea of milk as a recovery food after excercise!!! I have been frustrated with being so terribly hungry after working out at 5am but I still have to shower, dress/hair/make-up, drive half an hour to work and then find something to eat. The former solution was Starbucks!! It would be just as easy to stop for a…

It depends on how you want to feel!! I would think that "junk in" would make you feel like junk! And you can eat a lot more if you choose heathy foods!!! You also don't have the continued cravings for more junk. Also remember that the insulin rush from the junk carbs will store as fat.

Awesome for you!! Shopping your own closet is the best. I have a similar situation, and an embarassing one. I too had a bunch of work pants in my closet in size 14, 16 and was wearing 18s. I decided to remove the ones that don't fit to keep the ones I do from being squished. To my utter embarassment, I pulled 14 pair of…

Remember that some of the things you are eating are designed to make you feel hungry again soon! Many foods contain propreties that increase appetite AND ones that ensure that you are never saited (feel full). Most every single "processed" food contains these things. I have been following the WHEAT BELLY theory for two…
