i'm still having to take breaks during my work out.. (on day 5) I'm really hoping I can start building lung capacity as the levels go on.. i honestly feel like my lungs are going to collapse at some points lol

I wll be doing day 5 of 30ds soon.. I for some reason am still taking a few breaks during the work out(to catch my breath). at least i'm doing it though. I have been feeling GREAT!!! did day 4 level 1 today.. i'm still resting (i dont know why its so hard for me) I have a feeling its going to be an extremely long journey for me.. i can make it the first 10 minutes without resting but then i get light headed and chest hurting so i have to stop... :(

i am fixing to do day 4 level 1.. so i'm in anybody can add me and we can encourage each other. in the 3 days i've done it so far i've lost a pound.. YAY lol

oh and i've lost a lb already in the 3 days i've actually worked out.. i skipped yesterday for personal reasons

I'm letting my food settle then will conquer L1D4.. yes i can feel a difference in my endurance !!! My lungs don't feel like they're going to collapse. .yes its still rough towards the end but I make myself finish. I still take a couple of breathers(i smoke) but i'm trying to replace exercise with smoking :(

I'm currently on L1D3 of 30DS now. I have lost a 1/2 of a pound in those three days (yes that counts for me even its not a full pound) I already can feel a difference in my lung capacity and i'm starting to feel more energetic :)

I have also blamed the dryer for my pants becoming too small in a yr.. BUT you've made the first step and I'm ready to get back into my old jeans again "the ones the dryer shrunk"

Today, I started 30 day shred!! HOLY HANNAH!!!!!!! but we can do this!!
