  • When I can, which is actually most of the time, I sort out whatever it is that's making me stressed. If it's uni work, I do the work rather than worrying about it. If I have a problem with someone, I'll speak to them rather than stressing over it. Usually, problems are better solved than avoided (even though it seems…
  • I don't have meal plans or workout plans, but I can tell you that all you need to do is eat (mostly) unprocessed, healthy, low fat/calorie foods and exercise as much as you can (focusing on cardio and weights). Then, when she lost it (naturally, with no extra exercise or healthy eating). I think this might be something a lot of kids go through at the start of puberty, so don't be too worried :)
  • I was a vegetarian for four years, and always used meat replacement, but felt and looked awful. I had no energy, felt faint and weak all the time and looked pale. That's just my opinion, but I will never, ever go back to it, even though I do often find the idea of eating animals a little upsetting. I think meat, and dairy…
  • I'm from the U.K. and I'm not mean/friends with mean people, I promise!! :)
