I bought this bikini last year, and have yet felt confident enough to wear it out in public. You can't see from the pictures, but I have stretch marks all over my stomach which makes me even more self-conscious. I hope I can work up enough courage to wear at least once this summer, or else it was just a waste of money.

I'm not following the diet. I'm just sticking to TDEE-20%. I'm just getting used to that method, so I don't want to change it up quite yet. I also have my macros set to 40/40/20. Do you guys really recommend doing the diet with the program, or do you think I will be okay trying to stick with what I had planned?

I'm starting Monday as well! I'm doing the program from home though. I bought adjustable dumbbells that I can put up to 53 pounds on each one, and yesterday I found dumbbell alternatives to all the machine moves from week one. I hope I still get the same results!

I also have the Just Dance 4, and it has the workouts, Just Sweat, and I love those as well. They are so much fun and my 3 year old loves dancing along with me.

Today I finished my first week of the EA Sports Active 2 9 week challenge. It says I burned 250 calories in 30 minutes, but I feel like I burned more. I want to get a HRM so that I track calories burned accurately. I got the Wii for Christmas, and I love it.
