The best advice I can give is to not mix cardio and strength workouts together. It will just confuse your body, The best route is alternate days of each.

It's quality, I cleared the app and have been regularly busting out 5K's since..... I had NEVER had any previous experience of serious distance running before. It has been a massive help.
