Yoga pants. Except in the summer when the capri style jogging pants are out. Those can be cute. I wear yoga pants probably way too often but I HATE the feeling of jeans. It really irritates my skin. So its basically yoga pants or dress pants.

As a woman with a husband that is 6'4 and 275, I will say that he was at his best at 225 or so. Thats when he both looked the best and felt the best as well. Congratulations on all your hard work. That is certainly something to be proud of.

Thank you for your response. I just go by what mfp tells me when I track it. I always am over on protein. By dinner time I am already over. I will get those books. I guess I am just afraid that if I am over and I don't work out enough it will just make me gain weight. I feel like nothing else fills me up though. I will get…
