I used to event/show-jump with mine - he's 20 now so doesn't do much apart from be a field-ornament and go for the odd hack (trail-ride) every now and again! Eventing is amazing fun - what level do you start at on your side of the Atlantic?

Nope. Losing weight takes willpower, even with a gastric band. Gastric band + no willpower won't = weight-loss in the long-term

My favourite breakfast is poached egg on buttered wholemeal toast. Normally I have a cup of tea! If I have time/or I'm hungry enough to eat at early o'clock, I have porridge oats made with hot water, topped with soya/almond milk and a sprinkling of dried fruit/nuts mix
